DO NOT HIRE New England Window Cleaning company
Gary Philbrick of New England Window Cleaning has ripped me off. He quoted $2.25 per window, however he charged over $5 per window and didn't even finish the work. I had left a check with my husband to be filled out and he lied to my husband about the fee. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and repeatedly called him politely for 2 weeks for him to explain the bill, but he would not return any of my calls. This man is a crook and his service is poor. Not recommended.
